The 'Open Box' is simply an option for you to be able to buy products as you see them and have all your items sent as one package.
This means your able to buy and keep items to a side, once you're ready for your items to be shipped, you will close the box and pay only one postage fee.
Please note that no items will be shipped with your open box until you close it, you can find the options to have an 'Open Box' and to close it at checkout.
The shipping fee for an 'Open Box' is £5. It doesn't matter how many products are in your open box, the price will be the same.
