I aim to be as fair and as transparent as possible, if any issues occur I'll work with you to come to a solution.
All orders must be paid for prior to collection/ shipping.
Payment is required for any items to allow me to start working on your order.
A deposit will be required if you want items holding until a later date *through Facebook only*
If you decide to cancel your order during/ or after its been made, only a partial refund will be available.
If your wanting a refund for something that isn't my error, this will be done at the discretion of myself depending on the situation.
Returns are not available for personalised items, however you have 14 days for other items to be returned if they are damaged or the wrong item sent out, and these must be in original condition to receive a refund.
